The terms that apply when you rent a vehicle from CFRM – Cars For Rent Melbourne.

By renting a vehicle from CFRM – Cars For Rent Melbourne, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Rental agreement
All rentals are governed by the signed rental contract. The renter must be 21 years or older and hold a valid driver’s licence applicable in Victoria, Australia. Additional drivers must be nominated on the contract before they drive the vehicle.
Insurance & liability
All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance. The renter is liable for any excess stated in the rental agreement in the event of an at-fault incident. Optional excess-reduction cover is available at the time of booking.
Fuel, tolls & infringements
Vehicles are supplied fuelled and should be returned at the same level. Tolls, parking fines and traffic infringements incurred during the hire period remain the responsibility of the renter.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. Please refer to your rental contract for the terms that apply to your booking.
