How we use your information
We use your personal information to process rental agreements, communicate with you about your booking, meet our legal obligations, and improve our service. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is needed to fulfil your rental — for example with our insurer, or with authorities where the law requires it. We do not pass your details to marketing partners.
How long we keep it
Rental records are retained for as long as required by Australian tax and insurance obligations, then securely destroyed. Enquiry records are removed once they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it.
